Seeking German associates with corporate experience.
Corporate Attorney must have 1-4 years practice experience in the area of corporate law.

| Responsibilities: |

|
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Law or equivalent degree from a recognized law school, excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a practicing attorney specializing in intellectual property law and/or licensing work for large corporations.
Knowledge of US laws is a definite asset, but not a formal requirement.
The candidate shall be able to handle and prioritize requests from several client groups. Excellent organizational skills are required.
Outstanding analytical and drafting skills are also needed.
The candidate must demonstrate an ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate shall have excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities across a large number of diverse internal groups, teams and divisions.
