POSITION ON HOLD
We need two more talented individuals to join our "A" team. As a Mortgage Loan Closer you will be responsible for preparing fee sheets, reviewing and approving HUD 1 closing statements and funding loans. In some instances you will pull documents and request funds from automated on line systems. Working closely with the processing department, title companies and our borrowers you will expedite closings and seek to assure an effortless result.

| Responsibilities: |

|
Learns quickly on the job. Analyzes information, draws reasonable conclusions.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a residential loan closer.
Experience with Calyx POINT or other Loan Origination System software as well as Automated Underwriting Systems.
Have superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organzied.
Should conscientiously and methodically approach work. Seeing all tasks through to completion.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
Maintains company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others.
Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.
Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
