| Responsibilities: |

The Nurse Manager will oversee approx. 40 beds and 60 FTEs. Good communication skills are necessary along with strong team building abilities and good mentoring. Our client is seeking an Orthopedic Rehabilitation / Neuro Nurse Unit Manager with the following qualifications. (Relocation package available.)
2+ years experience in rehabilitation or Orthopedic / Neuro unit.
5+ years nursing experience including 2+years supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degree or working toward BSN. Must have RN.
CRRN a plus.
Business background required for budget certification.
Participate in preparation for magnet status.
Review performance evaluations.
Manage floor nurses.
Conduct staff meetings.
Hiring and termination.
In charge of 20 rehab and 20 ortho/neuro bed unit with 60 fulltime employees.
