Well-established National Aviation Risk Management and Brokerage Insurance Company, serving the industry for more than 25 years, currently requires a full time Customer Service Representative for the expanding Los Angeles branch office. The ideal Candidate is an enthusiastic, energetic, long-term oriented, reliable person who wants to be part of a growing branch operation.

| Responsibilities: |

The Aviation Customer Service Representative must have the following qualifications:
Compute literate and well versed in Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook.
Strong customer service and organizational skills a must.
2 + years insurance experience, preferably in aviation insurance (Some training will be provided)
Hold a California Property and Casualty Insurance license (220 license).
Position requires a Candidate that is extremely reliable.
Responsibilities:
Service new and existing clients.
Work closely with other office personnel to assist Branch Manager in securing new business by appropriately marketing and quoting new opportunities.
Answer and direct calls, maintain client files
Simple accounting procedures will be required.
