Major International Insurance Organization, a recognized leader in the field of International Health and Life Insurance products, serving customers in over 130 countries is seeking an Insurance V.P. of Marketing and Sales. Selling to U.S. citizens outside the United States or non-U.S. citizens anywhere.

| Responsibilities: |

|
The Vice President of Insurance Marketing and Sales must have the following qualifications:
State of Indiana Life and Health Insurance licensure.
5+ years experience managing and growing a network of Insurance Brokers and Agents in the United States and Internationally.
Be able to manage a department of Account Executives, Assistants, Outside Producers.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Entrepreneurial Self-starter.
Travel required: 1 week per month in the United States, 2-3 times a year Internationally.
Strong computer and internet skills are required.
Will be trained with current Marketing Director to learn the products, meet the team and review the current list of clients to be maintained.
Responsibilities:
Reports to Executive VP, former Owner.
Recruiting, training and retaining US and International Marketing Staff.
Liaison between a staff of 5,000+ external producers, Contracted Agents and Brokers.
Convert current book of business to new company and develop new clientele utilizing unique connections and talents.
Develop plan for short and long term business growth; Initiate innovative ways to present products, close sales and develop creative presentations to develop new markets and growth opportunities.
Take over all incentive based programs.
