The Practical Nurse Director must have the following:
Registered Nurse with a minimum of a Master's Degree, preferrably in Nursing.
3 to 5 years recent clinical experience.
Practical Nursing education experience.
Administrative Experience.
Teaching Experience
The ideal Candidate for this position shall have experience in curriculum development and evaluation, and knowledge of nursing regulations.
This individual shall possess the qualifications necessary for approval by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
