POSITION ON HOLD
Nationwide Top 10 Non-conforming Wholesale Lender, is seeking (4) Wholesale Mortgage Account Executives in Boston. This company has enjoyed over 700% growth in production in the last 3 years, and has expanded to 46 Full Service Branch offices nationwide, and has funded over 10 billion dollars of home loans since its� 1995 inception.

| Responsibilities: |

|
The Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive should have the following qualifications:
Currently producing 1� million to 2 million dollars a month in funding.
Currently working for a sub-prime lender.
Has a book of business in the local area.
Solicit new loans from brokers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business while generating new home loans.
Commission based on loans closed. Close $1 million dollars a month, receive $5,000.00 in commission.
Must produce proof of current earnings verifying a $1 million + business.
