Major Bank is seeking Commercial Real Estate Lenders in Tampa , Florida.

| Responsibilities: |

|
The ideal Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Commercial Real Estate Lenders: Tampa Bay Area
Makes and services business loans secured by Commercial Real Estate involving potentially significant loan balance outstandings and influential customers.
Works in conjunction with senior officers in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans.
Manages a portfolio of loans, servicing existing accounts, resolving customer issues, and acting as a liaison between real estate and other bank departments.
Works with senior lenders in preparation for prospecting and calling on potential or existing customers.
Cross-sells all related banking services to include cash management, deposit products, asset management, private banking, and investment products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree, preferably in a business related field; 5+ years of related banking experience, 3 years commercial real estate experience
preferred. Strong communication skills, excellent analytical ability. Excellent presentation skills and pc proficiency; ability to deal effectively with all levels of management.
