New York based recognized leader in the development and execution of Direct Response Marketing programs including direct mail packages, print ads, logo, card design, web design, copy and event promotions is seeking a Direct Marketing Sales Account Executive that would be based in New York (other states such as Florida, California or Texas would be considered). Company has cultivated Clients? in a variety of industries such as Financial Services, Entertainment, Publishing, Non-profit and retail.

The Direct Marketing Sales Account Executive Candidate must have the following qualifications:
3-5 years Sales and Account Management experience for a Direct Marketing company
Strong Sales experience, book of business a plus
Good telephone skills with the ability to cold call and follow-up on leads
Able to make exciting Sales Presentations; good speaking voice; Great time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required
Knowledge of Direct Marketing, Insurance, Financial Services, Publishing and Entertainment a plus
Able to hit the ground running without any hand holding; proven track record essential
Must be self motivated
Professional appearance is essential
College education or equivalent experience required
The Direct Marketing Sales Account Executive?s Responsibilities include:
Business-to-Business and Business- to-Consumer sales development
Assume the role of Team leader; serving as the primary contract throughout the entire project
Oversee strategic development as well as creative development and production; Act as the primary link in communications between the company and the client
Work with creative, production and fulfillment personnel using resources that are the most appropriate for each project
Be able to have the commitment to cultivate long-term mutually satisfying relationships
