A Major Bank is looking to for Business Bankers with the following qualifications:
The ideal Candidates must:
Have attended a formal bank credit training program of 1 year duration.
Have a 4 year degree or equivalent business banking experience.
Knowledge of more than one major area of banking.
Must have a book of business in the local Miami, Florida area.
Interact and network with the branches, retail outlets and loan departments.
Develop sales of $1-$15 million by calling on clients in your territory.
Must be able to analyze financial statements and grade loans.
Be a team player.
Seeking new business, Calling / meeting with customers to determine their needs.
Structuring the credit request; gathering required financial statements and support information.
Determining credit needs.
Comprehensive Financial analysis and underwriting skills.
Monitoring and administration of post closing documents.
We will consider candidates with current positions as:
Business Bankers, Commercial Bank Lenders, Bank Branch Managers with commercial lending experience, Bank Relationship Sales managers, Small Business Lenders, Portfolio Lenders, or Personal Bankers with a wide range of knowledge of banking products
