|
|
The Commercial Loan Officer Candidates must have the following experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years previous middle-market experience in originating, documenting, and managing commercial loan and deposit relationships required.
Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as solid working knowledge of financial analysis, underwriting, cash flow analysis, and portfolio maintenance.
Proficient experience with Excel, Word and FAMAS/FAST software is required.
Real estate lending experience a significant plus.
Formal credit training preferred.
The Commercial Loan Officer will have the following responsibilities:
Market and service a variety of business and commercial real estate loans to middle market companies ($5MM-$50MM) and individuals.
Call on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business.
Assist the credit department in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans.
Analyze and spread borrower's financial statements, tax returns and personal financial statements.
Underwrite commercial facilities, to include asset based lines of credit, working capital lines of credit, trade finance, equipment acquisition, commercial real estate, and general commercial term loans.
Maintain and service an existing commercial loan portfolio and customer relationships.
Present commercial loan applications to Loan Committee for approval.
