Up and coming National Communications Company in the West Palm Beach area is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for their Corporate Headquarters. Only local area applicants need apply.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Senior Accounting Manager must have the following experience:
7 years experience in accounting with minimum 3 years of upper management experience.
Must have a Bachelor Degree in related field with CPA, Master’s preferred.
Must have hands on experience in development and implementation of GAAP
Excellent communications skills both written/verbal
The Senior Accounting Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Directs and supervises the general accounting for the organization.
Prepares financial reports and analysis necessary to identify trends and provide key information to management.
Assists the assistant controller in the preparation of the corporations’ quarterly and annual reports.
Responsible for applying appropriate accounting policies and estimates.
Liaison with external auditors
Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with the latest accounting and regulatory requirements.
Communicates and coordinates accounting practices and procedures with department and company managers and officials, reporting agencies, clients, customers and the public.
Issues written and oral instructions; Standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Controller
