Multi-state Residential Builder is seeking (2) Construction Superintendents for their California and Illinois locations

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Residential Construction Superintendent Candidates must have the following Skills and Experience:
� 1 year of full-charge residential construction management experience or similar experience preferred OR construction management degree.
� High volume local construction experience preferred
� Strong organizational skills
� Experience with a major builder preferred
� Degree preferred
The Residential Construction Superintendent Candidates will have the following responsibilities and duties:
� Be at a homebuilder that prides themselves on creating one-of-a-kind homes and neighborhoods designed to enhance the quality of life as well as the quality of the investment.
� Your objective is to manage all aspects of the Luxury Community front-end building process according to the established quality standards.
� Responsible to manage the community under all the different phases of construction at one time.
� Maintain the construction schedule and budget for each new home.
� Provide high levels of service to all customers.
� You will be responsible for scheduling construction activities for each home and monitoring daily progress.
� Schedule subcontractors for the necessary work to be completed for each home.
� Communicating with trade contractors and managing their performance.
� Inspecting trade contractor work to ensure it meets the established quality standards.
� Quality control, Material control
� Monitor plans and material take offs for accuracy and necessary changes
� Produce quality product with Zero Defects
