You should be a high-energy, highly organized, and results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be available to travel up to 25% of the time. Local area candidates only - no relocation offered.
The Program Manager will manage a large educational grant focusing on disease prevention and control. This includes developing effective educational programs for professionals and patients and coordinating logistics, including live symposia, online programming, teleconferences and print materials. Responsibilities include extensive interaction with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to solicit support for educational programs, and health education outreach.
Requires: A Bachelors Degree in Science or higher. You should have 3+ years recent experience in health sciences, public health or pharmaceutical/biotech environments with a keen understanding of disease management research. Experience with grant preparation, administration and management is essential.
