An International Corporate Real Estate / Tenant Advisory firm seeks a Real Estate Professional to manage corporate assets as a Senior Portfolio Account Manager working in Orlando, Florida at our clients� site.

| Responsibilities: |

|
The Portfolio / Transaction Account Manager must have the following experience / skills:
Eight to Ten Years (8-10) industrial office transaction and corporate real estate experience a must
Three + (3+) years industrial office lease negotiations desired
Strong communication, negotiation, financial analysis and MS Office skills desired
Must be proactive and a self-starter
Strong lease negotiation experience required
Must have Florida state Real Estate license
Bachelor�s degree in related area
The Portfolio / Transaction Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Simultaneously manage negotiations for multiple transactions
Assist in strategic planning and identify cost savings to clients
