The Regional Sales Manager / Marketing Director of Lending will have the following responsibilities & duties:
The Regional Sales Manager / Marketing Director of Lending will have the following responsibilities & duties:
Open new markets
Identify and analyze the company's strengths and weaknesses
Help set goals for market share and growth
Form strategic business relationships with organizations who have a strong web presence and establish content
Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and promoting products and services to those markets
Plan and coordinate the activities of the sales team
Train and motivate the new and existing sales team
The Regional Sales Manager/ Marketing Director of Lending must have the following experience / skills:
10+ years sales experience with at least 3 years in Mortgage / Loan Officer business or Mortgage Banking industry experience
Experience with rehabbing of properties is beneficial
Ability to travel extensively and open up new territories
Proven abilities in all aspects of the sales process through pre-call preparation, interpersonal and closing
Entrepreneurial abilities � effective leader who can guide the team
Take charge individual who can double company's existing business from 50 million to 100 million dollars
Knowledge of internet marketing, advertising and sales
Ability to increase business via internet strategies
