Our client is seeking a RN Regional Manager of Clinical Placement.
|
| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Ideal RN Regional Manager of Clinical Placement requirements are:
Actively licensed RN with minimum of 1year experience in the acute care environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Computer skills in Word and Excel
80% travel required.
The RN Regional Manager of Clinical Placement Responsibilities include:
Develop an educational training program for the campuses to facilitate monitoring of current placements and identification of new sites and contracts for medical and nursing programs that require clinical placement or externship
Evaluate all current clinical placement sites within assigned region for quality of clinical site, and appropriate placement of students
Routinely monitor and access (Spot check) accomplishment of performance objectives of students as it relates to quality of placement and student satisfaction.
Evaluate insurance and liability issues related to clinical sites, and provide appropriate documentation.
Develop continuous and up-to-date list of hospital, office, and clinic site directors within close proximity to the school.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with hospital, office, and clinic site directors under current contract to the schools.
Identify and develop new professional medical and nursing relationships with additional clinical sites.
