The Office Manager / Bookkeeper responsibilities are:
Payroll - including payroll taxes (These are mandatory.).
Bookkeeping Duties including - Accounts Payables (Bills), Handle daily deposits, reconcile Hairdresser's ticket sales less applicable credit card service charges, commissions.
Place retail orders.
Oversee the office environment.
The Office Manager / Bookkeeper must have the following skills:
Must be dependable, take-charge person. The bosses right-hand person.
Have good penmanship.
Drug Free.
Think on feet and multitasking abilities.
Neat appearance.
8-hour day (Monday - Friday...No weekends).
