Our client, a family owned conglomerate in the Retail Oil and Gas, Convenience Food Stores business is seeking a Human resource Generalist.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Human Resource Generalist’s must have the following skills / experience:
3-5 yrs of Human Generalist experience
Knowledge of and experience with labor relations, compensation, EEO/AA, and staffing/recruiting functions
Knowledge of safety claims, risk management and loss benefits
Be able to buy Property and Casualty Insurance, Workers Comp, Slip and Falls and Claim Review
Exceptional Computer Skills a Must
The Human Resource Generalist’s job responsibilities are as following:
Recruiting, hiring and firing
Advises Managers on Interviewing and Hiring
Process new hire packages
Work with Managers for training and development of their personnel
Maintain all employee files and records
Conduct investigations to resolve any employee related issues
Building and maintaining working relationships with Management and employees
Administer the benefit process
Makes sure the company is Workers Comp compliant
Work closely with Payroll Administrator and Department Managers
