Growing Real Estate Development Company located in Orlando, Florida is seeking a high-end Owners Representative Real Estate Asset Manager. Be part of a team, coordinating sales of units (apartment or office) to market as soon as possible. This position is home-based with some travel.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Real Estate Asset Manager’s responsibilities include:
Interface with Marketing Agents
Oversee Construction Management of the Orlando property such as renovations, Architect, General Contractor, Property Manager, review price schedule
Make sure that completion dates are met by schedule
Review and draft general contracts
Make sure that goals reach established benchmarks and identify, recommend and execute strategies to achieve companies investment objectives; be the eyes and ears of the owners
The Real Estate Asset Manager must have the following qualifications and skills:
7-10 years Real Estate Asset Management experience.
BS in Business Administration or Accounting desired
Financial Background required with knowledge of monthly operating statements and loan documentation
Oversee annual forecast and budget review process; based upon input from and coordinate with owners.
Maintain detailed and complete working files (i.e. budgets, repairs and maintenance progress checklists, work lists and agendas)
Supervisory experience
Must be computer literate (Excel, Word)
Competencies:
Strong negotiating and analytical skills. (Work with Bank personnel)
Sound decision-making skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to work as a team member.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Be able to travel to visit properties located in Central or Southern, FL.
