Major Global Retailer Seeking a Compensation/Benefits/HRIS Technology Partner for their Philadelphia Corporate Office. Serve as a strategic business partner by translating strategic and tactical business plans into a Total Rewards strategy to position company as the "Best Retailer To Work For", drive organizational performance, and maximize the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Contribute to the development of US human resources policies, procedures, and programs to empower coworkers and managers in a self-service environment, maintain legal compliance and support the overall operations and effectiveness of company.

Responsibilities:    
The Compensation-Benefits-HRIS Technology Partner should have the following skills / experience:
  • Broad knowledge of all aspects of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and outsourcing strategies with a minimum of 10 years experience in these areas.
  • Strong technical and business process skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership as well as HR partners and coworkers throughout the organization, both locally and globally
  • A clear understanding of, and a passion for, company values and principles.
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources / Business / Finance or related field
  • PHR/SPHR, CEBS, or CCP certifications desired
  • Be a dynamic, action oriented team player that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions.
  • Use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with company's core values.

    The Compensation-Benefits-HRIS Technology Partner will have the following duties and goals
  • Provide internal consulting to senior management in order to facilitate planning and proactive decision-making in managing the company's total compensation package, including benefits, as well as to evaluate the risk exposure of the company.
  • Design, develop, and administer progressive and proactive compensation programs to attract and retain high-performing people and ensure fair, equitable, competitive, legal, and cost-effective programs.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the human resources information system to maximize data integrity, ensure effective reporting, and support the overall operations and effectiveness of the company, representing the US in global initiatives.
  • Manage business relationships with vendors related to benefits plans, liaison with HR partners on benefits-related matters and interact with Finance in determining funding strategy for benefits plans.
  • Develop effective communication packages and training programs to ensure that managers and coworkers are fully informed about all elements of the compensation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of human resources policies, programs, laws, and issues to support sound legal practices and support the strategic direction of the business including benefits.
  • Support the ideas of "The Human Resource Idea" with regard to coworker recruitment, training and development, and leadership.
  • Contribute to an environment where the company culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.
  • Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Fast-paced, deadline driven office environment performing PC related duties.
  • 25% domestic and international travel.
  • Reports to: National/US Human Resources Manager
  • Matrix: Senior Leadership Team members, Store Managers/Store HR Managers
  • Supervises: Compensation Specialist, Benefits Manager, HRIS/Technology Specialist.
