| Responsibilities: |

Essential Job Function:
Manages the entire funding/closing division which includes funders/closers, doc drawers, and setup.
Ensures all funding duties are performed within CPF guidelines.
Develops and implements policies and procedures to enable funding.
Motivates and empowers staff to make sound decisions.
Oversees all loan funding functions to ensure loan packages are complete and proper documentation is available for title tranfer.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years management experience in sub-prime mortgage.
Must have strong knowledge associated with funding in a subprime mortgage environment.
Thorough knowledge in the area of loan products, investor, closing and underwriting guidelines.
Expertise in coaching and team building.
