Our client, a major International Financial Institution with an office based in Manhattan, is looking to hire a Documentation Specialist/Paralegal to work in the Credit Administration Department. This position reports directly to the Head of Operational Services for North America.

| Responsibilities: |

The Documentation Specialist/ Paralegal responsibilities are as follows:
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a related position is required.
Support the bank by ensuring proper and complete documentation for all clients is maintained.
Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the documentation database tracking system is current as well as preparing and distributing reports to Senior Management of documentation exceptions.
Experience with complex loan/syndication documentation, ISDA and KYC documentation is desired.
