Our client is seeking 2 Title Marketing Representatives in the Baltimore area with a book of business.

|
The Title Marketing Representatives qualifications are:
2-3 years title or mortgage marketing experience with an existing book of business.
Knowledge of the principles/purpose of title insurance, services provided by a title insurance company, principles of real estate sales/mortgage financing and of legal terminology related to title insurance.
Ability to develop/manage a sales program capable of meeting revenue objectives.
Ability to meet and deal effectively with the public.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally, in writing, in person and by telephone.
Ability to plan/maintain an efficient schedule of customer contact and sales promotion.
Experience in the residential title insurance industry.
The Title Marketing Representatives Responsibilities are:
Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents and banks to determine their needs and to offer services the company can provide and writing proposals which meet those needs.
Determine local business development needs; establish/conduct sales and marketing programs to increase market share.
Arrange/participate in training programs for customers and other groups; attend/participate in association meetings and other social functions.
Assist company agents; work with attorneys; advise customers/prospects on company policies/procedures.
Develop statistical reports on market share.
Keep records of activities/expenses and make periodic reports.
