The Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) Qualifications and Responsibilities:
CFO Qualifications are:
10 + years CFO experience in restaurant / night club businesses.
Experience in analyzing and evaluating acquisition packages a plus.
Leadership and management skills are vital.
Update the senior executive team daily on the Financial aspects of the business.
Understanding of restaurant Multi-unit operations.
CPA desired.
The CFO Responsibilities are:
Prepare review and analysis of financial statements.
High involvement in day to day business operations.
