National residential and commercial equities Investment Company, who specializes in acquiring, managing and liquidating under valued first mortgage loans, with home office in Miami is searching for a Residential and Commercial Asset Manager. The Company boasts an industry leading management team with vast real estate experience that has amassed a loan servicing portfolio in excess of $1 Billion Dollars.

| Responsibilities: |

|
The Asset Manager must possess the following skills and education:
BA/BS in Business Administrative, finance or real estate. MBA desired
Must have foreclosure background
Knowledge of financial statement analysis, commercial lease analysis, asset valuation, market due diligence and partnership agreements required
At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 years business/transactional experience in real estate with deal evaluation, acquisition, or investment underwriting
Background in real estate property management; Knows real estate markets, practices and players.
Understands real estate capital structures and financing.
Capable of managing capital sources and service providers.
Highly motivated self starter with attention to detail
Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills - written and oral
Ability to lead in a team environment.
Prepared to travel 2-3 days a week, one to three times a month.
Superior computer skill used to analyze historic and projected property economics including the use of proprietary Asset Management tools.
Motivated self-starter with strong initiative and exuberant work ethic.
Travel to inspect portfolio assets
The Asset Manager will be have the following responsibilities:
Cradle to Grave Management; follow movement through foreclosure
Participate in all aspects of real estate portfolio-asset management
Responsible for valuation, market and rate of return budget actual analysis in connection with the ownership of indirect and preferred equity interests in real estate funds, joint ventures, syndications, etc.
Interact with counter-parties
Asset manager will oversee diverse portfolio of loans collateralized by non-stabilized real estate assets.
Assets will be of all product types nationwide, and most will have a construction component.
All tasks involve working with Loan Servicing, Borrowers, Originators, Co-Lenders, construction consultants and outside counsel.
Successful candidate will monitor collateral performance, monitor loan performance, manage loans on behalf of the co-lenders, coordinate the funding process, prepare quarterly asset updates, financial reporting, approve property and construction budgets and monitor changes, review and approve leases requiring Lender approval, and coordinate payoffs.
Work with the team to complete site inspections for potential new investments.
