One of the largest active developers of luxury properties in Manhattan with a portfolio valued at approximately $2.5 billion is seeking a ultra high-end Retail Positioner with the following skills. The ideal candidate should be an expert in repositioning existing buildings into ultra high-end Retail. Only candidates with management and ultra high-end Retail Positioning experience need apply! Some travel required.

| Responsibilities: |

The requirements of the ultra high-end Retail Positioner are:
Reposition and maintain assets and perform evaluation of existing assets.
Maintain, renew or reposition as required.
Set goals and directs asset and property management for locations.
Evaluate and direct goals for land use issues with owners, cities or other governmental agencies.
Oversee coordination with other departments to meet company goals/projects.
Strategic Planning.
Large scale mixed use projects.
High end shopping center.
Site Selection.
Overseeing Design.
Retail Leasing and Management.
Supervising leasing activities.
Training: Leasing Agents/Marketing Agents.
Conducting Retail Analysis.
Retail Advertisement/Marketing.
Presenting Retail Budgets.
