Your Vice President Account Management and Client Services Experience is Needed!
Provides leadership and direction to the TPA Services and Account Management Team and Product. Provides corporate management and relationships to Insurance Carriers, Brokers and Customers. Establishes and delivers customer service expectations, customer renewal goals (accounts and revenue) and internal support networks that affect overall customer service. Using a network of Customer Service providers meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations while producing a profitable product for the company. Provides overall management for the on line claims management product.

The Essential Job Functions of the Vice President Account Management and Client Services:
Directly manages Client Services, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Advisor Product Director.
Maintains and develops Account Management process establishing effective relationships with Owner/executive contacts, Brokers, Agents and Insurance Consultants to achieve renewal and revenue goals.
Manages and monitors customer renewal negotiations and renewal pricing.
Develops strategies to propose and sell additional services.
Manages the Account Management process; overcomes service and pricing obstacles; and achieves account renewals by developing and implementing customer service Action Plans, both internally and externally.
Continually manages, trains, and supports the Account Management Process to develop and enhance selling and consulting skills.
Is able to use loss cost savings to show company as the industry leader.
Develops and achieves balanced Scorecard strategies.
Manages corporate insurance carrier and customer audits.
Directly manages large, complex customers and carriers.
Manages the corporate working relationship and process with Account Set Up.
Develops and maintains the TAS process.
Assists with account receivables, collections.
Develops and maintains a relationship with customer support departments.
The Requirements of the Vice President Account Management and Client Services:
Bachelors Degree with 10 plus years of industry experience or third party administration.
Account management knowledge and skills.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing a department; solid track record for building effective, motivated teams.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Customer focus and service orientation.
Action-oriented, strategic thinker, organized, and persistent with outstanding consulting, sales and strong negotiating skills.
Ability to communicate with diverse group of personalities both internally and externally.
Understands property and casualty claims and the handling process.
Analytical, planning ability and immediate problem solver.
Ability to understand and manage a revenue and expense budget.
Ability to analyze and interpret loss data in order to identify trends and discuss appropriate corrective action with clients.
Must be conversant with MS Office Suite.
Knowledge and understanding and experience with data management and mining (RMIS systems concepts), metrics, benchmarking and scorecards.
