The Qualifications of the Tax Estate Planning Attorney are as Follows:
3 plus years experience in Tax Estate Planning.
Licensed in the State of Missouri.
The Responsibilities of the Tax Estate Planning Attorney are as Follows:
Knowledge of financial information, anticipate tax implications at client's death, present estate planning options and alert clients to changes in tax laws affecting plans.
Keep clients informed of estate planning and probate developments by providing explanations of legal concepts and actions and conducting legal research.
Drafting wills, deeds of trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care directives and health care powers of attorney.
Supervise paralegals in document preparation.
Complete estate planning and probate proceedings by preparing legal documents, developing strategies and advising executors and trustees.
Resolve probate challenges by representing or defending claims against estates and settling, mediating or bringing claims to court.
Comply with estate tax requirements by advising clients and completing estate tax returns.
Updates estate planning and probate job knowledge by tracking case law.
