We are seeking an experienced manager with significant industry experience in Managed Care or Workers Compensation to lead a growing WC Clinical team in Irving, TX. Candidate must have demonstrated management & leadership skills and working knowledge of utilization review, case management, & workers comp. Must be proven problem-solver with superior analytical skills and have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

| Responsibilities: |

The Workers Comp Clinical Management Candidate must have the following skills and experience:
Current Texas RN license required.
Master’s degree preferred, CCM or COHN a plus.
Significant experience in health care, clinical experience and/or insurance industry.
Must have knowledge of utilization review, case management, and/or workers’ compensation.
Proven experience leading teams and management experience.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities of the Workers Compensation Clinical Medical Management Candidate are as follows:
Responsible for managing the activities of the WC Medical Management Service (MMS) Department.
Develops, evaluates and implements MMS business plan and operational processes.
Ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures.
Works with clients, providers and account management for problem resolution and trains clients on programs and processes.
Evaluates and analyzes data to assure operational effectiveness while meeting or exceeding client objectives.
Ensures compliance to corporate, QA, URAC, state and Federal procedures.
Develops and implements business plan, including preparation and monitoring of departmental budget.
Recruits, develops and mentors management team.
Develops and communicates personnel strategies.
