National Healthcare Services Company is seeking Regional Directors of Clinical Services in various areas of the country.
The ideal Regional Director of Clinical Services Candidates will have the following qualifications:
Current license as a Registered Nurse based on the state you reside in; BSN preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care setting.
Experience in a Community Health service in the past 6 years is desired, with progressive responsibility in a supervisory or administrative capacity preferred.
Thorough, sound knowledge of State, Federal and JCAHO guidelines required
Demonstrative leadership capabilities with the ability to relate to staff members
Teaching capabilities with the ability to facilitate in orientation of clinical management staff
California Candidates must have Title 22 licensure and COP experience

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
Overall compliance with Federal, State and JCAHO guidelines.
Ensure overall compliance with Directors of Clinical Services in adherence of company policy and procedures
Demonstrates professional behavior and serves as a role model to staff at all times
Conduct orientation and train newly hired Director of Clinical Services
Initiate and participate in the review of Clinical Services and participates in the performance improvement program
Report and communicate all pertinent information to Vice President of Clinical Services
Performs specific projects as requested by the Vice President of Clinical Services
Participate in planning for regional and national meetings
Participate in revision and implementation of newly developed policy and procedures
Participate in development of managed care or other health care related contracts
Interface with the Regional Manager on a regular basis to discuss regional clinical, sales and operational activities.
