Manage staff of 30 to 50 people for customer service quality and efficient production.
Recruit, motivate, train and develop staff to ensure that business objectives are met.
Monitor call times.
Create new policies and procedures.
Handle issues with customers, clients and employees.
Control expenses and increasing profitability.
The Requirements of the Medical Insurance Operations Manager are as follows:
5 plus years experience as an Operations Manager.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA.
