"We are Searching for a Tenant Coordinator with Luxury Retail Property Experience!"
Our Client is an international luxury property development company who is searching for a Luxury Boutique Retail Mall Tenant Coordinator to work closely with the placement and selection of stores, charge and usage of common areas, leasing and legal departments to oversee tenant rents, perform landlord duties and marketing and advertising. This position requires 5 plus years of experience as a Tenant Coordinator handling luxury retail properties, such as malls and boutique strip centers and mixed use properties , such as condo's and high-end retail stores.

The Qualifications of the Luxury Retail Tenant Coordinator are as follows:
5-7 plus years experience as a Tenant Coordinator handling luxury retail properties.
Bachelor's degree.
Travel involved.
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and other associated softwares.
The Responsibilities of the Luxury Retail Tenant Coordinator are as follows:
Ability to direct all areas covering rent, store placement, common area charges, advertising and marketing.
Prepare lease outline drawing requests and lease exhibits for leasing, legal and mall teams.
Process LOD requests, prepare print packages and reviewing tenant plan submissions.
Maintain accurate mall lease plans and reviews base building construction documents.
Prepare tenant construction cost estimates, contract request forms and all associated documentation.
Perform landlord duties and oversee tenant buildouts.
Ensure that tenant stores are built to specifications and within budget.
Maintain manuals for tenant design criteria.
Work with team members to ensure quality storefronts and timely store openings.
Resolve design issues and verify that submittals comply with mall design criteria.
