Insurance and Healthcare experience is mandatory and call center experience is preferred but not required.

The Qualifications of the Account Manager are as follows:
5 plus years experience.
Healthcare medical managements experience a plus.
Experience with Microsoft and associated programs.
The Responsibilities of the Account Manager are as follows:
Handle all client issues, complaints, problem resolution.
Single point of contact.
Run and submit monthly client reporting.
Analyze referrals and book of business for upsell.
Monitor operational workflow on behalf of client and coordinate issues with Ops Manager and Sales.
