We are searching for an HR Director with Service Contract Act experience!
Leading Manufacturer in Central Texas is seeking a Director of Human Resources for their large facility. The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for the management of multiple human resources functions within the business development function.

|
The Director of Human Resources (HR) must have the following qualifications:
10 plus years HR experience working with government contracts to include knowledge of the Service Contract Act, OFCCP guidelines, Union avoidance, and Affirmative action planning.
Experience with Union avoidance, and Affirmative action planning.
Bachelor’s degree required Master’s preferred.
The Director of Human Resources (HR) will have the following Responsibilities:
Provides counsel and assistance to employees and all levels of management.
Studies, prepares for, and advises site leadership on matters pertaining to union free status, alternative dispute resolution cases, arbitrations, conciliations, federal and state labor legislation.
Develops and/or modifies a diversity plan that supports the organization's business objectives; develops and implements programs consistent with the goals and objectives of the company diversity plan.
Coordinates compensation, employment, HRMS and training and development programs.
Reports to the site executive with a dual reporting line to the Senior Vice President for Human Resources Integrated Systems.
Up to 10% Travel
Responsible for 1,000 plus employees.
