Your Management experience is needed to run a new Air Conditioning Rental location in South Florida!
The largest supplier of temporary air-conditioning solutions in the UK is setting up its first depot in the US in South Florida. With over fifty years of experience in the UK and Northern Europe the company has the largest fleet of portable "spot cooling" air conditioning and we are looking for the right person to head up the South Florida operation. The company has serious aspirations to go nationwide and the right person could be the individual that drives this expansion with full financial backing from the UK parent company.

The Air Conditioning Rental General Manager's Qualifications and Responsibilities are as follows:
The ideal candidate will have rental industry experience.
Strong people management skills.
Have experience in running stock control, staff recruitment, the drive to succeed, sales experience as a big part of the job is acquiring new customers.
Understanding of marketing principles and belief that customer service is key to success.
Understand financial reporting.
college educated, ambitious, a networker, Bilingual English/Spanish.
Very strong general business experience.
If possible contacts with in the IT industry, Health Industry, Building Management companies.
