Your Multi-Family Residential Real Estate Development Area Sales Management experience is needed!
We are seeking a Residential Real Estate Area Sales Manager to work for a multi-family development firm. The incumbent will manage 2 sales teams on 2 separate projects in the cities of Glendale and Surprise, AZ. Each team consists of 2 – 3 sales agents.

The Requirements of the Residential Real Estate Area Sales Manager are as follows:
Qualified candidates will have 3 – 5 years experience in the field of new home sales.
Must be licensed as a real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
An Arizona broker’s license is a big plus.
The Responsibilities of the Residential Real Estate Area Sales Manager are as follows:
Designing compensation plans
Staff schedule and staff management
Set sales goals
Monitor sales goals
Manage the office
Track inventory
Sales transaction management
Interface with development company on options and upgrades
Budgets
Forecasts
Overall sales
