The Requirements of the Real Estate Broker in Charge are as Follows:
10 plus years Real Estate experience.
Minimum of 5 years as a Broker in Charge.
Excellent customer service skills.
College a plus.
Knowledge of Alaska real estate transaction law, rules and regulations.

Handle day to day operations and real estate side of business.
Recruit new employees as needed.
Open office daily.
Ability to manage a team of real estate sales agents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expand to new offices and territories.
