The responsibilities of the Wealth Management and Private Banking CEO and Chairman are as Follows:
Create the long term strategic goals and direction for our Wealth Management and Private Banking sector catering to the wealthiest 2% of the world who currently control over one-half the worlds wealth.
Refine our unique brand of ultra-private banking that provides services to the world’s most discriminating clientele.
Help the company to grow organically, driven by the need to provide the finest service with the conscious effort of doing the right things every day nurturing our long term success. We are not interested in quarterly results and clever accounting to temporarily create an unrealistic picture of achievement.
The position requires a leader who has the charisma, vision, energy, and personal distinction that will synergize with our clienteles desire to feel comfortable trusting the leaders of our organization.
Must be driven by the desire to help everyone achieve their highest level of success in all aspects of life.
The CEO and Chairman will actually be an integral part of our brand, they must be ethical, approachable, distinguished, confident, intelligent, but never brash.
