"We are Searching for an Executive Vice President of Retail Operations with Luxury Retail Property Experience!"
Our Client is a high-end real estate development company who is searching for an Executive Vice President of Retail Operations to work closely with the placement and selection of stores, charge and usage of common areas, leasing and legal departments. The Executive Vice President of Retail Operations will also oversee tenant rents, perform landlord duties and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns. This position requires 10 plus years of experience as an Executive Vice President of Retail Operations handling luxury retail properties, such as malls, boutique strip centers, mixed use properties and condo's and high-end retail stores.

The Qualifications of the Executive Vice President of Retail Operations are as follows:
10 plus years experience as an Executive Vice President of Retail Operations (or equal title) handling luxury retail properties.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Travel involved.
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and other associated softwares.
The Responsibilities of the Executive Vice President of Retail Operations are as follows:
Ability to direct all areas covering rent, store placement, common area charges, advertising and marketing.
Prepare lease outline drawing requests and lease exhibits for leasing, legal and mall teams.
Process LOD requests, prepare print packages and reviewing tenant plan submissions.
Maintain accurate mall lease plans and review base building construction documents.
Prepare tenant construction cost estimates, contract request forms and all associated documentation.
Perform landlord duties and oversee tenant buildouts.
Ensure that tenant stores are built to specifications and within budget.
Maintain manuals for tenant design criteria.
Work with team members to ensure quality storefronts and timely store openings.
Resolve design issues and verify that submittals comply with mall design criteria.
