Our client, a privately owned family of companies, provides all the building services needed for total facility maintenance from janitorial to landscape maintenance and is seeking a General Manager for their Waterproofing Division at their Longwood, Florida location.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The General Manager of Waterproofing Division must have the following Skills and Education:
Must be able to develop sales from cold calls and warm leads.
Must be able to prepare a proposal by physically looking at the property or from blueprints.
Associates degree from an institution or higher, which can include trade school or any other related schooling.
Must be able to work on new buildings or restoration projects.
Must have the ability to hire and supervise numerous crews of people on a daily basis.
Must have at least eight years of experience or on the job training with at least 3-5 waterproofing experience required.
Must have strong organizational and computer and math skills.
Must have the ability to converse in an elevated vocabulary manner.
