Leading Real Estate Development Company in New York City is seeking an experienced Marketing professional for position in a newly established marketing division.

|
The Marketing Associate candidate must have the following skills/experience:
Experience in branding and print/web advertising required, must have knowledge and skills to create websites from scratch, executing copy edit changes in design layouts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including strong writing skills
Real Estate experience a plus
Must be highly creative, pay close attention to detail
Must have lots of energy, be a self-starter/highly motivated/team player
Strong project management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Word and Excel is required
Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design), Macromedia (Flash and Dreamweaver), and Quark. Adobe ImageReady (to create animated GIFs), Acrobat, and other Web-based software proficiency are a definite plus.
Should also have solid knowledge of four-color printing and an understanding of graphics terminology and production procedures.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet pressure deadlines with minimum supervision.

The Marketing Associate candidate will have the following responsibilities:
In this role, you will help design and/or produce promotional material and advertising campaigns for print and the Web, and assist in all aspects of marketing of the company and our products.
Candidate will be expected to coordinate various marketing initiatives with outside consultants. Coordinate outside sales office activities.
Strong project management skills a must.
Candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Design to assist in various aspects of marketing high-end luxury products primarily in New York, acting as an in-house creative services team.
