Act as an Owner's Rep. and Scout for New property Development while Supervising This 24 Story Luxury High-rise!
We are searching for a Luxury High-Rise Construction Project Manager to act as a Project Manager / Owner's Representatitive in the Los Angeles, CA area. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in the construction project management of luxury high-rise condominiums with more than 20 floors and individual units averaging $2 million plus. The Luxury High-Rise Construction Project Manager will also be tasked with scouting for new properties with the potential for development. Only candidates with strong background in luxury high-rise Condo development will be considered.

The Qualifications of the Luxury High-Rise Construction Project Manager are as Follows:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or construction Management.
Minimum of 6 plus years Project Management experience in luxury residential high-rise construction with individual units selling for $2 million and up.
Ability to communicate with Architects, Contractors, client's representatives, etc.
Project management experience to include change orders, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, etc.
Experience searching for potential properties to be developed in the Los Angeles, CA area.
Microsoft Office applications and Project management software experience required.

The Responsibilities of the Luxury High-Rise Construction Project Manager are as Follows:
Oversee the project management team by monititoring the processes and procedures and reporting to the upper management for this 24 story luxury high-rise condo.
Monitor project implementation through completion of construction to include building audits, conflict resolution, project budgeting and scheduling.
Oversee tenant improvement projects, space planning and design.
Attend scheduled construction site visits, preparation of construction related contracts/forms, bidding and closeout of assigned projects.
Make recommendations to reduce construction project costs by both cost engineering and design changes.
Ability to recognize risk element of projects.
