Act as an Owner's Rep. and Scout for New Property Development while Supervising Construction Projects!
We are searching for a Construction Project Manager to act as a Project Manager / Owner's Representatitive in the Las Vegas, NV area. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in the construction project management of hotels and high-rise condominiums. The Construction Project Manager will also be tasked with scouting for new properties with the potential for development. Only candidates with strong background in hotels and/or high-rise Condo development will be considered.

The Qualifications of the Construction Project Manager are as Follows:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or construction Management.
Minimum of 6 plus years Project Management experience in hotels and/or residential high-rise construction.
Ability to communicate with Architects, Contractors, client's representatives, etc.
Project management experience to include change orders, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, etc.
Experience searching for potential properties to be developed in the Las Vegas, NV area.
Microsoft Office applications and Project management software experience required.

The Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager are as Follows:
Oversee the project management team by monititoring the processes and procedures and reporting to the upper management.
Monitor project implementation through completion of construction to include building audits, conflict resolution, project budgeting and scheduling.
Oversee tenant improvement projects, space planning and design.
Attend scheduled construction site visits, preparation of construction related contracts/forms, bidding and closeout of assigned projects.
Make recommendations to reduce construction project costs by both cost engineering and design changes.
Ability to recognize risk element of projects.
