We are Searching for a Senior VP of Construction with Casino Gaming Experience!
Our client is a major player in the luxury condo, hotel and boutique mall real estate industry and is expanding into casino gaming. They are in need of an experienced Senior Vice President of Construction for their Las Vegas, NV location. The Sr. Vice President of Construction must have luxury hotel and casino experience.

The Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Vice President of Construction are as Follows:
Hotel and casino industry experienced required.
10 plus years luxury hotel and casino experience.
Must have luxury hotel and casino gaming operations experience.
Extensive experience working on multi billion dollar projects.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or construction Management.
Produce weekly and monthly performance production reports.
Interact with Architects and Company Executives during the planning stages of new properties.
Oversee construction to maximize the value/cost ratio.
Maintain thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials, procedures and applicable building codes, zoning ordinances and other legal regulations.
Expertise in land development for luxury hotels and casinos.
Directly involved in the hiring of contractors and sub contractors.
