Leading Real Estate Development Company in New York City is seeking an experienced Vice President of Real Estate Marketing for a position in a newly established marketing division.

| Responsibilities: |
|
|
The Vice President of Real Estate Marketing must have the following skills/experience:
Experience in branding and print/web advertising required, must have knowledge and skills to project manage websites from scratch, executing copy edit changes in design layouts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including strong writing skills.
Must have Real Estate or Property experience.
Must be highly creative, pay close attention to detail.
Must have lots of energy, be a self-starter/highly motivated/team player.
Strong project management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Word and Excel is required.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet pressure deadlines with minimum supervision.
College Degree Preferred.
The Vice President of Real Estate Marketing will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for unit pricing in luxury new developments.
Responsible for design, construction and staffing of on-site luxury condominium sales offices.
Responsible for preparation of condominium offering plan.
Responsible for supervision of exclusive sales and marketing consultants.
Responsible for creative positioning of luxury new developments in order to maximize sales revenue.
Responsible for all creative marketing and advertising in support of positioned development.
Responsibility for all project and company PR.
Responsibility for determining project unit mix and layout as well as project amenities.
Responsibility for oversight of corporate branding.
Responsible for design oversight.
