We are Searching for an In-House Counsel with Real Estate and Gaming Experience!
Our client is a major player in the luxury condo, hotel and boutique mall real estate industry and is expanding into casino gaming. They are in need of an experienced Attorney to act as the company's In-House Counsel for their Las Vegas, NV location. The In-House Counsel must have real estate and casino experience.

| Responsibilities: |

|
The Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Real Estate and Gaming In-House Counsel are as Follows:
Attorney with 7 plus years of real estate transactional experience and experience handling financing issues preferred.
Nevada licensed attorney.
NV Bar admission required.
Gaming law experience a plus.
Experience in Entitlement and Condominiums.
Ability to offer a legal advice on a variety of issues pertinent to the real estate / property management industry.
Experience with leasing, amendments, terminations, licensing agreements, risk management, financing, zoning, acquisitions, dispostions, land use, etc.
Corporate or law firm experience is OK.
Ability to work with CFO and bankers to take company public.
