We are Searching for an Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for the overall management of the major functions of the terminal. This position will support the ongoing development and implementation of the company's business plan through timely and accurate mailings while maintaining a cost of efficient operation.

The Requirements of the Operations Manager are as Follows:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong leadership and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
Strong analytical experience in direct/variable cost budgeting and capital equipment purchase analysis required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
MS Office proficiency necessary.
Direct experience with staff scheduling in a variable work volume environment required.
Must be able to relocate in the future.
Must be able to travel 10-20%.
BA/BS degree in Management or Engineering preferred; 5 years experience in a supervisory/management role required.
Experience in International mail processing and routing a bonus.
Experience in a 24 x 7 operation.
The Responsibilities of the Operations Manager are as Follows:
Senior Manager will manage manager and supervisor level staff in a 24 x 7 operation.
Manage production, employees, quality process and transportation in accordance with company's policies and procedures to obtain optimal profitability.
Ensure a high level of staff morale and management/staff communication through implementation of a communication plan.
Recommend measures to improve production methods, working conditions, and increase efficiency.
Facilitate human resource management within the facility to include, but not limited to employee relations, recruiting, hiring, annual reviews and training.
Implement new standard operating procedures and train employees as needed.
Handling of special projects and project management.
Monitor and ensure that all facility equipments are working correctly and meeting production standards.
Act as liaison between the facility and the on-site postal clerks.
Keep updated on all postal rate/regulatory changes.
Oversee safety activities to include ensuring compliance with company's safety policy, employee training, reporting, and maintaining OSHA logs.
