The Responsibilities of the Insurance Defense Attorney are as Follows
Handle general, vehicular, premises, products and professional liability.
Attend jury trials, mediation and arbitration.
Perform deposition, discovery and motion practice.
The Qualifications of the Insurance Defense Attorney are as Follows
Must be a member of the FL Bar.
5+ experience as a Insurance Defense Attorney.
Strong litigation experience.
Class action experience is preferred.
A book of business is a plus.
Must possess effective written and oral communications skills.
