We are Searching for a Project Accountant with Construction Experience!
The Project Accountant is responsible for account and bank reconciliation, general ledger and journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, AIA and cost plus billing and analysis of accounts. The Project Accountant MUST have construction project accountant experience.

The Requirements of the Project Accountant are as Follows:
Experience of 4 to 6 years in Construction accounting.
Hands on experience of at least 4 to 6 years in Timberline.
Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
The Responsibilities of the Project Accountant are as Follows:
Recording of Cash Transactions.
Ability to code invoices correctly.
Processing invoices, check requests.
Experience in job cost.
Analytical ability to review job costs against budget and variances.
Ability to deal with vendors.
Recording of closing transactions.
Reconciliation of inter company accounts.
Comparing budgets and actual costs and analysis of variances.
Ability to prepare journal entries.
Review of open accounts payable items.
Preparation of bank requisitions.
Preparation and printing of the checks.
Preparing special reports.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Hardworking and able to put in long hours.
Ability to check facts and produce timely and accurate reports.
Understanding of construction accounting concepts.
Ability to get the information from the bank.
Review of bank transaction reports and proper recording.
Ability to work under pressure
Good listener and take instructions from others.
